Remind me to NEVER go to a free screening involving lots of college students ever again, ESPECIALLY if it's supposed to be a scary or serious movie (I guess it'd be alright if it was a comedy).

Saw the Ring 2 at an advanced screening today. It was quite possibly the least frightening experience I've had at a movie. Movie itself was alright, didn't have the same charm, mystery, or intrigue as the first movie really. Also, the first movie had a slow, but very deliberate pacing, that creeped you out, simply cuz you had no idea what was happening next. This movie seemed to be more about the moments that made you jump. While it was still interesting and had some moments, the movie as a whole was decidedly 'aight.
