I'm sure everyone knows what happened today. Mr. Chang sadly passed away due to complications from chemotherapy. I really don't want to talk about it too much, because I don't really have much to say that will make me or anyone else feel better. In fact, I really don't have anything to say period. It's not that I don't care. What happened was extremely tragic. But maybe we should just leave it at that. Mr. Chang wouldn't want us to be sad. He was such an energetic person who wanted to take life head on and live it. Maybe we should just learn from his example. Perhaps that will be our greatest tribute to him.

He was a teacher in the truest sense of the word. I can tell you that many staff members at NHS are not teachers. Mr. Chang was a notable exception.

In the library there were posters filled with all of his most famous quotes and catch phrases. Heh, it was nice just to look them over and smile at everything he taught us, and I'm not talking about chemistry. I managed to add a few of my own, though I may have accidentally given the whole thing a more somber tone with one of them (ooops!).

Cheer up guys. The Changster will always be here.
